It was a pleasure to work with Rick and Linda and all the other fine people at Alliance Construction in the building of our “dream house” on North Topsail Beach.  We could not be more pleased with the quality of the construction, especially the attention to detail, shown by this company in the completion of our home.  We also appreciated the relationship that Rick and Linda build with their clients.  Though they were always ready to offer helpful suggestions, they made it clear that our opinions and ideas were of utmost importance to them as we progressed through the various stages of planning and building.    This perhaps says it all --- should we build again, Alliance is the company we would choose.
